Golf

Two challenging 18-hole courses, designed by world-renowned Tom Fazio, weave their way through preserves, lakes and enhanced land forms. Membership is limited to 550, enabling golfers to experience optimal playing conditions. The courses have been certified as the world's first 36-hole Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary.

Parks

Mediterra’s neighborhoods are linked by a series of parks and a system of bike and walking paths. Each park has its personality and is designed with interactive elements.

The Club

All residents are eligible for membership in The Club at Mediterra. The impressive 25,000 square foot clubhouse offers casual and formal dining in elegant facilities. Memebres can work out in style in the Sports Club, and escape to an exclusive beach club overlooking the scenic Gulf of Mexico.
