Grandezza

Grandezza is a luxurious residential-resort community inspired by the Mediterranean. Each residence comes with a social membership while golf membership is limited to a select 400 members. All of the homes feature imaginative designs, luxury appointments and grand architectural detail. Outside brings stunning views of spectacular fairways, sparkling lakes and stirring woodlands

 

Golf

Grandézza’s private championship golf course encompasses 125 acres including an aqua driving range and a putting green. Golf memberships are limited to 400. Golf includes the Player’s Lounge and Pro Shop.The course was designed by Darwin Sharp III using the natural habitat accentuated with stately pines. Golf Memberships are available to residents and non-residents. Golf members are entitled to use the golf, tennis, fitness and clubhouse facilities, and includes all of the Social Membership privileges.

Tennis

The Club at Grandézza offers six Har-Tru tennis courts for day and nighttime play. The professional staff offers a variety of tournament and league play for singles, doubles and mixed doubles.

Spa and Fitness

Grandézza boasts a series of top-flight fitness centers and exercise programs. The fitness center offers cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment, as well as a lap pool. The professional fitness staff provide individual fitness training and nutrition and fitness analysis.

The Club

Grandezza’s Clubhouse stands high on a hill overlooking the community. The Clubhouse’s classic Roman design is accented by overstuffed furniture, luxuriant draperies and Versace-inspired carpet. The 53,000 square-foot Clubhouse is the perfect place to relax by the fire, watch a movie on a 10 foot screen with surround sound, enjoy a private dinner with friends or a social event in the ballroom, a drink in the 360-degree bar, sumptuous cuisine at the restaurant and grille; or the high-tech equipment in the Exercise Room. All residents of Grandézza will receive a social membership, which includes full use of the Clubhouse facilities; dining, use of the boardroom, multi-media center, meeting/party rooms, living room and swimming pool. A limited number of annual social memberships will be offered to non-residents of Grandézza.
